He is survived by: his parents, Geneva Bravard (Brumley) of Jamestown, KY and Wendell Appleby of Jamestown, KY.; his spouse Tracy Appleby (Hawkins); his children, Haley Appleby, Jacob Appleby and Robert Appleby; his siblings, Debbie Jones, Junior Appleby and Adam Appleby; and his grandchildren, Scotty, Gracein and Hunter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
