He is survived by: his children, Tina Johnson of Canada and Ronald Bunch of Russell Springs, KY; his brothers, Ronnie Bunch (Paula) of Russell Springs, KY and Gary Bunch of Russell Springs, KY; his close friend Jerrie Bunch of Jamestown, KY.; his grandchildren, Erik, Amy and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Kayleigh and Matthew.
