She is survived by: her daughter Jenna Stephens (Michael Crabtree) of Jamestown, KY; her brother Silas Burton of Columbia, KY.; her grandchildren, Madison Polston, Alexis, Olivia, Devon, Valerie, Amber, Kenneth and Kyle Crabtree; and her nieces and nephews, P. J., Logan, Mariah and Miranda Turner.
