She is survived by: her father Shepherd; her brother Donald Wayne George of Carlisle, KY; and her nieces, Cassie Walker of Glencoe, KY and Morgan Bennett of Russell Springs, KY. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
