She was predeceased by: her parents, Lizzie Rachel Murphy (Campbell) and Arvil Dixon; and her sons, Mark and Paul Montgomery. She is survived by: her husband Mitchell Ballenger of Jamestown, KY.; her children, Lisa Marie Burchett of Jamestown, KY, Mitchell Ballenger, II (Breanna) of Jamestown, KY, Damon Ballenger of Jamestown, KY and Bryan Lawhorn of Jamestown, KY; and her brother Jerry Dixon of Louisville, KY.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
