He was predeceased by: his son Ivan Arney. He is survived by: his wife Donna Raper Spence; his children, Steven Spence, Kimberly Peliquin and Radonna Thornton; and his brothers, Ellwood Spence and Sanford Spence. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren.
