He is survived by: his wife Annette Triplett of Bewleyville, KY; his children, Gaynell Dupin (Terry) of Guston, KY, Jeff Triplett (Stacy) of Shelbyville, KY, Sharon Triplett of Bewleyville and Karen Rich of Bewleyville; his grandchildren, Rachel Elayne Triplett of Shelbyville, Tyler Triplett (Moriah) of Elizabethtown, Nathan Rich of Rosetta, KY and Kevin Rich of Rosetta, KY; his brother Doyle Cunningham (Kathy) of Prospect, KY; his sister-in-law Maxine Triplett of Sonora, KY; and his great grandchildren, Gabe, Ana and Atticus.
