She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonia Allen Ramsey and Harvey Ramsey; and her husband Roy Lee Dowell. She is survived by: her children, Ron Mabe (Gail) of Louisville, Royce Mabe (Jane) of Harned and Rita Carman (Wayne) of Garfield. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
