She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Beulah Francis Stine Allen; her husbands, Clyde Vernon Powell and Elroy Johnson; and her siblings, Lucille Jones and Earl Allen.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Powell McGehee Getchell of Brandenburg, KY; her grandchildren, Jeff McGehee (Marcella) and Holli Denham (Chris) of Pensacola, FL; and her friend Martin Lambright. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
