He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Duncan, Sr. and Katherine Pearl Davis; his children, Glenda Duncan and Troy Lynn Duncan; and his siblings, Sally Robertson, Anna Lora Peterson, Mary Catherine Peyton, Lula Mae Terrell, Gerald Duncan and Charles Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Rochelle M. Duncan; his daughter Anita L. Poole (Cletus) of Irvington; and his siblings, Margaret Helen Mucker, James Duncan (Joyce), Marvin Duncan (Thurman) and Garfield Duncan (Brenda). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
