He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Perrin, Sr. and Frances Draper Burton Perrin. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Wise Perrin; his children, Thomas Hogan (Desirae Nix) of Louisville and Evelyn Sand (Arild) of Norway; his siblings, Tommie Hargus of Crestwood, Cathy Kincaid of Jeffersonville, IN, Diane Grandstaff (Jeff), Andy Perrin of Morgantown and Keith Glass; and his grandchildren, Brent, Matthew Hogan, Pia and Vera Sand.
