He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Gibson and Dorothy Helen Bell; his wife Ann Royal Bell; and his brother-in-law Fred Neff. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Stilwell (David) of Utica, KY and Bobby Bell (Kathina) of Irvington; his grandsons, Ethan Stilwell, Jason Stilwell and Clayton Bell; his siblings, Loretta Neff, Mary Emma Bell, Delois Bell, Ronnie Bell (Ruby), Larry Bell (Connie) and Billy Bell (Elaine); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Dodson (Bruce) and G. C. Grayson (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
