He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. "Buck" Morton, Sr.; and his stepfather Harold Moore. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Morton (Burner); his daughter Summer Rose Morton; his mother Nellie Moore; and his siblings, Chris Morton (Jessica) and Barbara Heck (Greg). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
