She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Eugene Chism Jr. and Hazel Marie Curl Chism; her granddaughter Amanda Leigh Durbin; her brother-in-law Alvin Mattingly; and her former husband Billy Joe Charles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tami Marie Durbin (Rob) of Irvington and Wendi Renea Baker (Charles) of Guston; her grandchildren, Emma Leigh Durbin of Louisville, Charles Michael "Mikey" Baker (Haley) of Irvington, Christopher Jay "C. J." Baker of Guston and Chase Andrew Baker of Irvington; her great grandchild Brantley Michael Baker of Irvington; her sister Margie Chism Mattingly of Harned; and also Roy Bandy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and very close friends.
