He is survived by: his wife Linda McCullough; his daughter Tina Dishman of Campbellsville, KY; his brothers, Lewis William McCullough of Louisville and Michael Andrew McCullough of Louisville; his grandchildren, Daniel Logan Caton, Christopher Lee McCullough and Alexandra Sasha McCullough; and his half-sister Mary Louise Williams of Eastport, Maine.. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
