He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Talc" Lockard and Octavia Ellen Bandy Lockard; his son Joseph Eric Lockard; and his sister Julia Faye Lockard. He is survived by: his pet Mercedes; his grandchildren, Tyler, Abbi, Jordan, Cody, Tavia, Damion, Dylon, Liam, Jeb, Samuel, Lydia, Preston, Clayton, Xavier and Ezra; and his pet Hudson.
