She is survived by: her children, Nebert Lee Horn, Jr. of Corbin, KY, Dennis Horn (Andrea) of Lowmansville, KY and Marlena Horn Slone (Victor) of Lovely, KY; her siblings, Homer Lynn Ward of Tomahawk, KY, Bob Ward of Tomahawk, KY, Walt Ward of Tomahawk, KY and Carol Wells of Inez, KY; her aunt Evelyn Crum of Inez, KY; her daughter-in-law Wilma Rice; her grandchildren, Jarrod Slone, Cody Slone, Brittany Horn, Josh Horn, Holly Hinkle, Zack Horn, Austin Horn, Michael Horn, Lauren Horn, Kennedy Horn, Noah Grant Horn and Carley Horn; and her great grandchildren, Kyleigh Hinkle, Sophie Hinkle and Noah Horn.
