We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2020, at the age of 67, Nancy Howard of Inez, Kentucky, born in Martin, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Osborn and Hattie Harless Osborn; her siblings, Lizzy Damron, Egie Stepp, Rosie Marcum, Betty Jean Goble, Alla Mae Stepp, Sylvia Osborn, Danny Wayne Osborn and Richard Osborn; and her great grandchild Hazel Howard.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Howard; her son Mitchell Howard (Robin); her brothers, James Osborn (Mattie), Elbert Osborn (Debbie) and Dewey Osborn (Lynn); her grandchildren, Billy Tyler Howard (Hayley) and Mary Elizabeth Howard; and her great grandchild Addison Howard.
At the family's request and as per COVID guidelines, masks are mandatory and all attendees must follow social distancing recommendations.
