He is survived by: his wife Anna Faye Horn (Jarvis); his children, Kevin Dale Horn (Desiria) of Harrodsburg, KY and Michelle Ann Sturgill (Charlie) of Fort Gay, WV; his siblings, Terry Horn and Willa Dean Maynard; his grandchildren, Brittany Ann Dalton, James Adam Dalton (Taylor), Jacob Kevin Horn, Landon Seth Irvin, Aiden Joel Irvin and Emily Kate Horn; and his great grandchild Kinsley McKay Dalton.
