He is survived by: his wife Christine Maynard of Inez, KY; his children, Leslie Maynard of Inez, KY, Sandy Maynard Sheppard (Dwayne) of Lovely, KY and Shelia Maynard of Inez, KY.; his grandchildren, Cassie Allen, Brittany Spence (Phillip), Tyler O'Connor (Katie), Tori O'Connor, Zach Maynard, Dylan Maynard and Lexie Maynard; and his great grandchildren, Blake Fletcher, Hadley Spence, Lewis Cole Spence, Asher Jaxon O'Connor, Sage Parker O'Connor, Alanna Maynard, Emily Maynard and Mason Maynard.
