She is survived by: her children, Bobby G. Maynard (Brenda Kaye) of Inez, KY, Glen R. Maynard (Teresa) of Inez, KY and Louvern Horn (Leslie) of Inez, KY; her siblings, Randal Bowen and Charity Mae McCoy; and her grandchildren, Shane Robert Maynard, Breanna Nicole Crum, Justin Allen Jackson and Noelle Grace Maynard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
