He was predeceased by: his mother Susan A. McGinnis. He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce McGinnis of Louisa, KY, Jimmy McGinnis (Sandy) of Inez, KY and Oretha Preece of Inez, KY.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Randal Preece (Jessica), Damon Preece, Jessica Preece, Colten Preece, Cassie Phelps, Dustin McGinnis, Larry Killion (Megan), Jacob Killion, Jacelynn Killion, Henry McGinnis, Eric Musick, Payden Musick, Kyndil Musick and Noah Musick. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost.
