She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Pack and Martha Pack; her husband James Henry Ward of Inez; and her brothers, John, Acie, Moses and Jerry Pack.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin and Stephen; her grandchildren, Hunter, Sawyer, Jeanna and Christian; and her siblings, Carol Mills (Ronnie), Sue Coleman (Jerry), Beatrice Maynard (Ronnie), Harold Pack (Mary), Bill Pack (Wanda), Odell Pack (Sandy) and Roger Pack (Carol).
