He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Osborne and Carol Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Harless of Louisa, KY, Tyler Harless of Louisa, KY and Kaley Jo Osborne of Louisa, KY; his brothers, Thomas Osborne and James Osborne of Martin County, KY; and his aunt Annette Jackson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
