She was predeceased by: her parents, Glendon Pack and Yvenne Maynard Pack; and her brother-in-law Joe Fannin. She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Dalton (Brad) of Inez, KY; her siblings, Will Pack (Beverly) of Lexington, KY, Ernie Pack (Becky) of Inez, KY, Joyce Fannin of Tomahawk, KY and Tenna Davis (Stanley) of Inez, KY.; and her grandchildren, Logan Trulock of Inez, KY and Tyler Dalton of Inez, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
