He is survived by: his wife Marlene Wooton Feltner of Hyden, KY.; his children, Greg Feltner (Robin) of Wooton, KY., Alyssa Bowling of Hyden, KY. and Amy Couch (Nick) of Hyden, KY.; his grandchildren, Alexis Feltner, Logan Feltner and Braxton Couch; and his siblings, Shirley Feltner Lazaro (Mike) of Battlecreek, MI., Kathy Feltner Bowling (Keith) of Stinnett, KY. and Roy Feltner (Frances) of East Bernstadt, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
