He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie J. Moore and Cloma Porter Moore; and his sisters, Charlene and Venita Carol Moore. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Moore of Carlsbad, Joshua Moore (Mary Ann) of Hyden, KY, Michelle Moore of Macon, GA and Jennifer Asher (Donnie) of Hyden, KY; and his brother Dale Moore (Nancy) of Hyden, KY.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Due to sickness in the family, the immediate family ask all those attending the visitation and funeral service to wear masks and observe social distancing*.
