She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Brock and Martha Muncy Brock; her daughter Janet Denise Sparks; and her sisters, Sharon Brock, Della Mae Brock and Ethel Jean Howard.

She is survived by: her husband Hollis W. Caldwell of Helton, KY.; her son Dana Caldwell (Angelia); her siblings, Bruce Brock (Lorna), Michael Brock (Shantel), Sue Lewis (Eddie) and Bertha Bailey of Indiana; and her granddaughter Kinsey. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
