He is survived by: his father Henry Lewis of Hyden, KY.; his wife Lois Jean Bailey Lewis of Hyden, KY.; his daughter Michele Morgan (Bobby); his siblings, Garrett Lewis of Hyden, KY., Jimmy Lewis, Joanne Palumbo of Hyden, KY., Bonnie McDaniel and Mary Baker; his grandchildren, Destiny Nicole Kaplan (Zack) and Christian Cody Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah Kaplan and Ada Kaplan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
