He is survived by: his daughter Adina Osborne of Thousandsticks, KY.; his grandchildren, Jasmine Phillips, Darrell Smith (Hannah) and Cody Smith (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Braylen, Paisley and Peyton. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
