She was predeceased by: her parents, Edison Roark and Martha Sparks Roark; her siblings, Earl, Lester Roark and Eunice Roark; and her granddaughter Jennifer Lynn Fortney.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Wooton Fortney (Fred) of Hyden; her siblings, Conley Roark (Mary Ann), Dwight Roark, Genelle, Wendell Roark (Joan), Malena Lunsford (Bill), Donna Broughton Meade (Michael), Lavonne Petry (Max) and Sharon Alcorn (Donald); her grandson Brandon Scott Fortney; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie Allen (Brack) of Fayetteville, NC, Preston Fortney, Bailey Fortney, Jemma Lewis and Jaydon Clark. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
