He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gail Morgan Lewis of Hyden, KY.; and his sisters, Eunice Parker of Hyden, KY, Connie Hubbard (Ray) of Manchester, KY, Debbie Roberts (Tommy L.) of Hyden, KY and Connie Laura Lewis of Hyden, KY.. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
