He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Johnson and Carolyn Simms Johnson; his wife Jennifer Johnson of Hyden; and his children, Dereck Johnson of Indiana, Brandon Johnson of Ohio, Cameron Johnson of Florida and Alyssa Johnson of Ohio. He is also survived by seven brothers, and two sisters along with three grandchildren.
