It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darryl Eugene Walters of Hyden, Kentucky, born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walters and Margaret Carpenter Walters Graham. He is survived by: his wife Athelene Wilson Walters of Oklahoma City; his stepchildren, Bryan North of Oklahoma City, Charles North of Oklahoma City and Salene North of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Jaden Walters, Chance North, Cheyenne Nyguyen, Tanner Nyguyen, Quintton North and Mary Ann North; his great grandchildren, Lorali North and Kennedy North; his aunts, Carol Pitts and Catherine Wilson; and his cousin Joey Urley. He is also survived by other cousins, relatives and friends.
