He is survived by: his wife Lillian Caldwell Maggard of Hyden, KY; his sons, Roger Dale Maggard of Hyden, KY and Danny Lyn Maggard of Hyden, KY; his stepsons, Eugene Johnson of Hyden, KY and Gary Miniard of Hyden, KY; his siblings, Jerry Maggard (Gina), Terry Maggard of Smilax, KY, Gary Maggard (Sherry) and Brenda Maggard Morgan (Roy); his grandchildren, Cody Maggard, Dylan Maggard, Dalton Maggard, Sierra Maggard and Christopher Collier; his stepgrandchildren, Raylyn and Austin; and his caregiver Linda Caldwell. He is also survived by two step great grandchildren and special sister-in-law.
