He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Morgan and Ollie Couch Morgan; his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Kathy Jo and Tammy; his grandson Cody Kemp; his great grandchild Lance Rollings; and his half-siblings, George Smallwood, Jess Smallwood, Leslie, William Smallwood and Martha Gilbert.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Morgan of Hyden, KY.; his half-sister Alpha Pruett of Louisville, KY.; his grandsons, Joseph Rollings and Brandon Kemp; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Rollings, Morgan Kemp, Maddie Kemp, Kayden Kemp and Kentyn Lee.
