She is survived by: her husband Marion Campbell of Hyden, KY; her daughters, Tina Louise Caldwell (Gary) of Wooton, KY and Tammy Lynn Lane (Ronald) of Busy, KY.; her grandchildren, Justin Coldwell (Latisha), Brittany Coldwell and Jacob Caldwell; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Gracie, Hunter, Chloe, Emma and Ayden.
