She is survived by: her children, Phillip Howard (Nina) of Indianapolis, IN, Alfred Collett (Trina) of London, KY, Ruben Collett of Hyden, KY and Regina Collett (Larry) of Stinnett, KY; her siblings, Robert Griffith of Stinnett, KY, Curt Griffith of Hyden, KY, Loretta Simpson (Boone) of Hoskinston, KY, Linda Harris of Harlan, KY and Sarah Hoskins (Raz) of Somerset, KY; and her significant other Lillie Begley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
