He is survived by: his daughter Ellissa Matthews (Dalton Maulden); his stepdaughter Destiny Poynter of Horse Cave, KY; his grandchildren, Adlee Ortega, Kensen Maulden and Haven Maulden; and his sisters, Teresa Carnahan of Cave City, KY, Terri Bailey (Mark), Daphne Crabtree (Joe) and Cheryl Carnahan (Lee). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
