She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Lee Nuckols; her children, Kacy Marie Logsdon (Michael Cole Thompson), Ashley Nicole Carver, Yasmeen Rhea Carver and Cody Allen Carver of Horse Cave, KY; her siblings, Toreka Johnson (Warren) and Ray Pulou (Desiree); and her aunt Dusty Logsdon of Horse Cave, KY. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
