She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Johnson and Irene Logsdon Johnson; her grandchildren, Darl and Dale Burnett; her sister Mary Dunn; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Burnett.
She is survived by: her husband Loron Sturgeon of Horse Cave; her children, Scharity Rutherford (Brian) of Horse Cave, Rickie Burnette (Becky) of Horse Cave and Steve "Onion" Burnett of Cave City; her grandchildren, Chad Burnette (Melissa), April Meador, Jeffrey Burnett (Amanda) and Stacy Burnett (Chad); her great grandchildren, Alaysha, Stacia, Daisy, Brittany, Zackary, Shawn, Kennedi, Aven and Knoxley; her great great grandchild AllyRose; and her brother Lawrence Johnson (Sandy).
