It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Stephen Ballard of Horse Cave, Kentucky, who passed away on October 28, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Netoshia Hoots Ballard; his children, Michael Ballard (Rebekah) of Portland, TN and Cassie Ballard of Horse Cave; his parents, Carroll Seabolt of Sand Springs, OK and Don Ballard (Yoko) of Yukon, OK; and his siblings, Kayleen Smith (Wayne) of Prue, OK, Robert Ballard (Betsy) of Horse Cave and Mark Ballard (Angela) of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
