He is survived by: his children, Jessica Russell (James Earl) and Leslie Russell; his grandchildren, Jessalynn Russell and Jaylen Russell; and his siblings, Ronnetta Morgan (Ronnie), Loretta Garmon, Danny Crumpton (Lou) and Phillip Anthony Crumpton (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
