He was predeceased by: his parents, Layton Page and Alva Froedge Page; his stepparents, John Kettwig and Hazel Ballard Page; and his siblings, Daniel Page, Ronnie Page, Johnny Kettwig, Ruth Vibbert and Patricia Schreckenghost.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Page (Jenny) of Bowling Green, Darlene Page and Sandra Butler (Beverly Tressler) of Cave City; the mother of his children Lillian Page of Glasgow; and his siblings, James Page of Cave City, Wendell Page of Tompkinsville, Connie Huffman (Marty) of Glasgow, Rachael Ferguson (Alton) of Tompkinsville, Debbie Patterson of Tompkinsville and Sandra Smith of Tompkinsville. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
