She is survived by: her children, Ray Gilstrap of Horse Branch, Leonard Harold Gilstrap of Beaver Dam, Robert Scott Gilstrap of Horse Branch, Sandra Kay Baize of Beaver Dam, Lisa Hurt of Hardinsburg and Penny Denardi (Paul) of Horse Branch; her children-in-law, Ben Wells of Hartford and Amanda Gilstrap of Horse Branch; her siblings, Russell Arnold of Hartford and Dorothy Colburn of Hartford; her caregiver Courtney Cook of Beaver Dam; and her pet Tiny.
