She was predeceased by: her father Bret Michael Church; her sister Alexa Coleman; and her grandparents, Robert and Marigrace Purtee. She is survived by: her mother Avanell Louise Purtee of Hopkinsville; her sons, Corbin Hulsey of Hopkinsville, Mason Hulsey of Hopkinsville and Maverick Fuller of Hopkinsville; her sisters, Alena Monday of Hopkinsville and Alaecia Latham of Hopkinsville; her grandson Adler Hulsey of Hopkinsville; and her grandparents, James Church of Arizona and Kenna Weaver of Arizona.
