She is survived by: her husband Larry Smith; her sons, Dustin Smith of Hodgenville and Matt Smith of Hodgenville; her stepchildren, Stephen Smith (Christy) of Bardstown and Christina Smith of Culvertown; her mother Sharon Adelman Quinsenberry of Owensboro; her sister Stephine Winklepleck of Owensboro; and her stepbrother Chris Sheldon of Munfordville.
