He is survived by: his mother Sandra House Hayes; his daughter Daisy Renee Elizabeth Satterley of Missouri; his stepsons, Cameron Henson and Jaden Henson of Munfordville; his siblings, Melissa York (Steve) of Glasgow, Linda Dennis (Chester) of Munfordville, Roberta Wilson Richardson of Munfordville, Jamie Rucker of Munfordville, Michael House of Glasgow and Josh Satterly of Munfordville; his close friend Sara; and his cousin AJ Hawkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
