She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby McDowell; her parents, Elmer Wesley and Nancy Stillwell Underwood; and her siblings, Dorothy Underwood, Cora Curry, Marie Underwood, Rev. Edgar, Herman, Stanley and Henry Underwood.
She is survived by: her son Gary McDowell (Regina); her grandchildren, Chasidy, Cody and Brady McDowell; and her sister Virgie Thompson of Hodgenville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
