She was predeceased by: her husband William Cundiff; her daughter Mary Lynn Cundiff; and her siblings, Betty Jean Strader, Arvin Lafollette, Jr., Edith Francis Lafollette, Donnie Lafollette, Juanita Faye Lafollette, Larry Lafollette, Gary Lafollette, Phillip Lafollette, Glenn Lafollette and Connie Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Grant Cundiff (Vickie) of Hodgenville and Sherry Cundiff of Hodgenville; her siblings, Alberta Thompson of Hodgenville, Floyd Lafollette (Janice) of Hodgenville and Roger Lafollette (Carolyn) of Hodgenville; her grandchildren, Ben Cundiff (Jamie), Chad Cundiff, April Coffey (Eric) and Dylan Cundiff (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Coltyn, Madison, Wyatt, Lexi and Elijah Cundiff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
